Welcome Back to Sohotogel — Malaysia's Platform of Choice

How to Log In to Your Sohotogel Account

Logging in to your Sohotogel account is a straightforward process that takes just a few simple steps. Our platform is designed to ensure you can access your account quickly without any unnecessary technical complications.

In the first step, make sure you are on the official Sohotogel website at sohotogel.fun. This is important to ensure the security of your account and to avoid any phishing attempts through fake websites that mimic our platform. Verify that the URL in your browser is correct before entering your login credentials.

In the second step, enter the user ID, email address, or phone number you used when registering your account. Make sure there are no typos or unintended extra spaces, as these can cause login to fail even if your password is correct.

In the third step, enter your password accurately. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is not accidentally active. If you are using someone else's device, do not enable the "remember me" function for security purposes.

Once both details are entered correctly, click the "Login Now" button and you will be directed to your account dashboard within seconds. From there, you can start playing, make a deposit or manage your account as needed.

Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Recover It

Forgetting your password is common, especially when you manage multiple online accounts. Sohotogel provides a simple and secure password reset process so you never have to worry about permanently losing access to your account.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link found below the password field on the login page. You will be prompted to enter the email address or phone number registered to your account. Within less than two minutes, you will receive a password reset link via email or an OTP code via SMS.

Follow the instructions provided to set a new strong password. Sohotogel recommends using a password of at least eight characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols to maximise your account security.

• Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid using personal details such as your date of birth or name
• Do not reuse the same password across other platforms
• Change your password regularly every three to six months
• Store your password somewhere safe or use a trusted password manager

Tips for Keeping Your Login Account Secure

The security of your Sohotogel account is a shared responsibility between the platform and you as the user. While Sohotogel has implemented multiple layers of sophisticated technical security, there are several best practices you should follow to ensure your account remains fully protected at all times.

Always log in exclusively through the official sohotogel.fun website and be cautious of links received via email, WhatsApp or social media claiming to be from Sohotogel. Our team will never ask you to click a link to log in through unofficial channels.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection. With 2FA activated, even if someone obtains your password, they still cannot log in without the verification code sent to your registered phone number. This is one of the most effective ways to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Never log in using an unsecured public Wi-Fi network. Public networks such as those in cafes, shopping malls, or airports can be exploited by malicious parties to steal your login credentials. Use your personal mobile data or a trusted VPN connection if you need to use a public network.

Resolving Common Login Issues

Sometimes you may encounter situations where the login process does not go as expected. Don't panic — most login issues are easy to resolve, and our support team is ready to assist you at any time.

Here are the most common login issues and how to resolve them:

• Password not accepted: Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces in the password field. Try retyping your password carefully, or use the show password function to verify what you have entered.
• Account temporarily locked: This occurs after several failed login attempts as an automatic security measure. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact support to speed up the unlocking process.
• Page failed to load: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If the issue persists, try accessing the site using a different browser or in incognito mode.
• Not receiving OTP: Make sure the phone number registered to your account is still active. Also check your spam folder if you are using email verification.
• Account suspended: Contact Sohotogel customer support via Live Chat for clarification and assistance in resolving your account suspension.
